IPretty, sexy and smartYou want all of it and you're not going to pretend otherwise. The honest problem isn't that the person doesn't exist — it's that he/she is being asked the same three things by everyone else in the room.
IIPretty, not sexy, but smartYou want to look at him/her and be met by him/her. Heat you're content to let build rather than lead with, which tends to age better than the alternative.
IIIPretty or sexy, but not smartYou're led by the pull in the room, and you'd rather feel something than be quizzed. Fine company, usually short weather. Worth knowing about yourself before year three.
IVSmart, but not pretty or sexyYou're shopping for a mind and you'll take the face that comes with it. The risk isn't loneliness; it's building something excellent that nobody ever wanted to touch.
VNeither pretty, sexy, nor smartNot the booby prize. It means you're screening for warmth and character, and the other three read to you as noise. Rarer than the list above, and considerably harder to disappoint.
